The Garden Village Welfare Association Community Centre is the venue for a number of organisations focussing on social and health related activities.
The groups currently using the centre are:-
Pulsations Adult Health Exercise Group.
Founded over 25 years ago, Pulsations is a popular and friendly exercise group set up for the benefit of people living in
the Leeds area to maintain and improve cardiac health for those with a history of heart related problems, althogh we welcome anyone who may benefit from a structured excersise programme.
We are affiliated with the British Heart Foundation.
Sessions:Thursdays: 4:55pm- 6:00pm & Saturdays: 8:55am- 10:00am
